Studio M is happy to share that we have received CC approval for early works on tourist accommodation in the Hunter, which was granted after a long and arduous journey.
The proposal involves locating 8 prefabricated accommodation blocks, each comprising 4 single rooms, alongside the existing dam. Associated works include a timber deck that connects the rooms, landscaping, parking, and a new internal access road.
Looking forward to progressing this further to final CC and to seeing it built!
